You
are out to office at 9.00 AM.
But,
still wants to access your home computer at 1.30 PM for half
an hour.
Just leave
an instruction with Remote Explorer.
Remote
Explorer can automatically contact your ISP at 1.30 PM, login
and ready to accept your connection.
(This timings can be extended or reprogrammed from the remote
location. If your job is over, you can even ShutDown your
remote PC)

| 1. Click the Tools button at the Control panel.

2. Release the protection lock.
|
|
| 3. Click 'Local' Timer button |
 |
|
4. Set the required On/Off timings.
5. The timer is active only if it is checked.
6. You can setup up to four different timings.
7. Close this window.
8. If you prefer to run the Remote Explorer at boot, check
the "Run at startup" check box.

| 1. You should 'Enable' the timer by clicking this
button |

2. Before closing the application, change to 'Server Mode'.
Timer will function only in Server Mode.

Note : If your operating system is lower than Win95
OSR2, you have to select a dial-up connection for the preset
timer process. Kindly un-check the "Log on to network"
option from your connection properties.
Note : For the other operating systems, Remote Explorer
can create its own dial-up connection automatically.
Note : RAS is required for these facilities.
