Run Remote Explorer as Server.

When you start first time, by default Remote Explorer runs as 'Client'.
Click 'Client' button and make it 'Server'. Allow few seconds.
When it is ready, it displays 'Server Ready' and shows the IP numbers it waits.

Run it as Client.

Enter the IP Address of the server.
If you need password protection, enter the same password on both side or leave it blank.
Click "Connect". That's all.
